Why was RVEF created and by whom?
RVEF was created in 2018 by community leaders and faculty members who had a vision to create a nonprofit organization that would assist in funding innovative programs and projects to enhance and enrich the educational experience of students.
Is River Valley the only school with an educational foundation?
No. In Western Pennsylvania, nearly 25% of schools or school districts have an educational foundation and in Eastern Pennsylvania, nearly 75% of school districts have an educational foundation.
